This policy explains what information DiscoveringAwareness.com (“Professor ANT,” “we,” “us”) collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need, and we never sell your information.
Information you give us
- Contact and school inquiries: your name, email, and anything you write in your message.
- Coloring pages and book picks: we collect your name, email, and your children’s first names and birthdays (given by you, never by children) so we can send what you asked for.
- Free book claims: your name, email, mailing address, and the link to the YouTube video you posted on your own channel.
We use this information only to answer you, send what you asked for, and mail books. We never ask for photos or videos of children, and we never receive video files.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics (through Google Site Kit) to understand how visitors use the site, such as which pages are popular. This uses cookies and collects general information like your browser, device, approximate location, and the pages you visit. It does not tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser settings, or opt out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Buying books
When you click “Buy on Amazon,” you leave our site. Amazon handles your purchase and payment under its own privacy policy. We do not see your payment details.
Children’s privacy
Our books are for children, but this website is for parents, grandparents, and teachers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Who we share information with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We share it only with the services that help us run the site, such as our web host and email provider, and with a shipping service when we mail a book. We may also share information if the law requires it.
Emails
You can ask us to stop emailing you at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purpose you gave it, then delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct, or delete the information we have about you. Just email us and we will respond promptly.
